Happy new year, everybody! Usually, this is about the point in the paragraph where one would say “Wow, what a year!” or “I can’t believe all the stuff we got done this year!” and then proceed to give a laundry list of personal and/or corporate achievements, but you know, whatever man. It’s late in the day, I’m tired, and you’ve probably read several such laundry lists by now.
Just a few quick things to bring you guys up to speed. First of all, we recently re-uploaded some of our old feature-length films – Day of the Tentacle, Case of the Snatched Cerebrum, and Shadow of the Pink Panther – as long continuous videos! Originally uploaded in parts due to YouTube’s old 10-minute length rule, you can now enjoy some of our earliest work without constant interruption. The videos have also been re-uploaded in the highest quality possible – that quality happens to mostly be 320 by 240 pixels, but hey, it’s an improvement over what we originally uploaded several years ago.
Also, we recently uploaded a short called Wrapping Bad to our secondary YouTube page. In this screwball, Christmas-themed Breaking Bad parody, we follow Walt and Jesse as they attempt to wrap Christmas presents, and then distribute them to shady fellows on the street. This was filmed in around one hour for our family tradition of making a surprise Christmas video, so it’s not a full-fledged, pull-out-all-the-stops Breaking Bad parody that you might be expecting. However, we hope you enjoy it nonetheless, because we’re all Breaking Bad fans and it was fun to make! (Make sure to subscribe to Kommander Krunchy to catch all our goof-off videos like this.)
Once again, happy new year to all, and keep your eyes peeled for the first big Ridgway Films event of 2014 – the long-awaited release of the next Earthbound episode!!!
