New Old Stuff!

We recently uploaded a couple of backlogged video projects with older content.  Check them out!

First up, we have Guys and Dolls Jr. Backstage Silliness, the final, era-ending chapter in the illustrious ACT I backstage silliness saga.  Originally filmed in 2012 during the ACT I’s summer performance of Guys and Dolls, this video seeks to answer many questions… Is the cast drunk?  Is Connor watching us all?  Who is Brenda?  Is Robert actually a sexist, drug-toting woman?  Will there be a final swirly-time?  Will the ending have the feels?  Watch and find out:

The Midnight Con is FINALLY HERE!

The Midnight Con

It was a long time coming, but our latest feature film – The Midnight Con – has finally arrived.  We would like to thank absolutely everyone that helped this film to become a reality.

Stream it today from Vimeo on Demand for $3.99, or pre-order a physical copy for $7.99!  We are also attempting to get the film on Amazon Instant Video… stay tuned!

Please let us know what you think, and tell your indie film-loving friends about us!

The Midnight Con Soundtrack

The release of The Midnight Con is imminent!  To get you guys ready, we have released the soundtrack for the film – a beautiful, 12-track album that will sound like the aural equivalent of butter.  Featuring the musical talent of Max Ridgway, T.Z. Wright, Richard Martin, and Tony Swafford, and boasting four tracks by Courageous Little Music, this musical masterpiece should cost a fortune, but we’re giving it away for free!  Of course, you can pay us if you want.  That’d be cool too.

Earthbound: From the Fans with Love!

What’s that on the YouTube page?  Is it Episode 6?  Is it Episode 7?  No!  It’s Earthbound:  From the Fans with Love, the fan-created episode!

Previously an exclusive feature on the Earthbound Part Two DVD, we recently decided that a) everyone wanted to see something new and Earthbound-related, and Episode 6 isn’t that close to being finished, and b) this 47-minute behemoth would find a much wider audience if we posted it on YouTube.  And so, here it is – the result of a handful of wacky comments, questions, and filming suggestions from you guys.  Thanks again for making this project so much fun!

I Say Hey, What’s Goin’ On?

It’s been a little quiet around here lately… that’s because we’ve been hard at work wrapping up The Midnight Con, which will finally be finished within a few weeks’ time!  More news coming soon on how it’s going to be distributed.

We posted a few new videos recently too!  These are two dumb little shorts we made on the spur of the moment when we were all together a few weeks ago.  The first, Faster than Light:  Faster than Light? is the third in the now-growing Mark and Alex saga, and it asks the question:  “Can the formula of a Mark and Alex video be distilled to a faster-than-light experience?”

Next up, we have Mega Pinocchio, a minute-long ode to VHS tapes and everyone’s favorite Mega Man cartoon.

We also have two pieces of Earthbound news for you guys.  The first is that we recently uncovered a full-length review of our Earthbound Part One DVD!  It’s a really flattering and very favorable review, especially given how rough around the edges our first few episodes are.  Give it a read here.

Secondly, we’ve been getting some grumblings in the YouTube comments section about the recent lack of Earthbound.  While we have no new Episode 6 news to report right now (all our time/energy has been dedicated towards getting The Midnight Con wrapped up), we do have a new Earthbound video that’s going to be posted soon – one that many of you have never seen before!  Stay tuned…
