Lack of Updates = Yet Another Apology Update

Well, here we are once again with a “sorry for the lack of updates and new videos but we’re not really dead we promise!” update. As per usual, college classes have been keeping all of us really really busy, and the Wesley in Space project, for which the episodes have been getting longer and more special effects-heavy, has been eating up all possible spare time that might be spent working on Harry Potter and the Final Video, or even Earthbound Episode 6. Robert and Brenen Three-Year-a-versary!!!
Three years ago, on this historic date, we were working on filming the Runaway Five performance scene for Earthbound Episode 2. Things got somewhat sidetracked during the shoot, however, and a video was born out of the chaos and randomness that happened on that day. That video is Robert and Brenen: Mortal Kombat!!! Trailer, a truly fine piece of artwork that has stood the test of time.
Celebrate this monumental day by checking out the original video, or perhaps watch the (arguably much better) sequels that this video spawned – Robert and Brenen: Immortal Kombat!!!, Robert and Brenen III: Betrayal by Water, and the series-ending climax Robert and Brenen 4: Final Kombat.

What We’ve Been Up to Lately…
Long time no posts, Ridgway Films.com viewer! Sorry for the lack of updates here… the last few weeks have been intense and fraught with lots of studying. However, I’ve found scraps of time to work on Harry Potter and the Final Video here and there, so that’s still on the way. Earthbound Episode 6, well, that’s pretty much frozen in time at the moment. We’ll resume working on that as soon as we get the free time to do so. But we have been up to some other video projects in the meantime… Continue reading

Those Back-To-School Blues
Yep, it’s once again that time of year when every website update is an apology for not updating the website more frequently. But the fact of the matter is that we are all back at school/college once again, so updates are going to be rather sparse for the next few months.
But now onto the good news – Harry Potter and the Final Video is speeding through post-production at a faster pace than I had anticipated. I’m currently shooting for an “absolute worst case scenario” release date of October 31st. But it may be out before then. Who knows! These special effect-heavy movies take a long time to finish.
In other news, now that Anton and I are back at the University of Tulsa, we’re once again helping make videos for the on-campus Wesley Foundation! So if you’ve enjoyed the likes of The Adventures of Inspector Wesley, you’ll hopefully enjoy this semester’s episodic series as well.
